Academic degree: Doctor of Agricultural Sciences (2000)

Academic title: Associate Professor (1983), Professor (2002).

Awards: Honorary Diplomas of the Kyrgyz Agricultural Institute named after K.I. Scriabin (November 1982, May 1990), Diploma of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR (July 1983), badge of the Ministry of Education and Science “Excellent Student of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic” (2008).

Total work experience: 53 years.

Work experience and research area: covers a wide range of issues in agronomic chemistry, including plant nutrition agrochemistry, soil agrochemistry, agrochemistry of nutrients and fertilizers, including macro (NPK) and trace elements (B, Mn, Zn), crop fertilizer systems, ecological agrochemistry, agrochemical research methods. In addition, for 53 years of scientific and pedagogical activity, the field of my scientific interests was directed to studying the nutrition and fertilization conditions of cotton, sugar beet testes, some oilseeds and legumes (safflower, soy, beans), as well as the basics of post–harvest processing, storage and primary processing of cereals, fruit and vegetable crops. The agrochemical bases of winter wheat and spring barley nutrition on gray-earth meadow soils were studied in more depth on the basis of the stationary fertilizer experiment of the Department of Agrochemistry in the former USSR, the only one currently in the republic. For the first time in the republic, methods of soil and plant diagnostics of winter wheat nutrition were established and recommended to production, gradations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium availability of this crop were determined depending on their content in the soil and in plant leaves, and on this basis the most optimized norms, doses and forms of macro and micro fertilizers for different levels of winter wheat productivity were proposed wheat, including using elements of crop programming. Similar work is being completed now with spring barley.   

In recent years, environmental monitoring of soil, plants and commercial products has been carried out in the context of changing nutrition conditions of crop rotations. Observations of the dynamics of the development of the fundamental properties (parameters) of gray-earth meadow soil (agrochemical, agrophysical, biological and microbiological) will be introduced, which in the future will allow modeling and then predicting possible situations with plant nutrition conditions and on this basis to develop rational fertilizer systems for field crop rotations.

Number of published works: 174, including 3 monographs, 1 textbook, 31 guidelines, 11 recommendations for production.

Work in scientific projects: participated as a responsible executor, and then as the head of the “Agriculture” block in the project of the International Center for Agricultural Research in Arid Regions (IKARDA), and was also the organizer of the creation and operation of a demonstration site on field crop rotation crops in the Educational – experimental farm of the Kyrgyz Agrarian University (2000-2007), and since 2009 the head of the topic: “Resource-saving technology of nutrition of field crop rotation crops in the Chui Valley of the Kyrgyz Republic”, as well as “The effectiveness of glauconite on sugar beet crops in the Chui Valley” funded from the Republican budget.

Head and executor of international projects: “Promoting the spread of biogas technologies in the Kyrgyz Republic” and “Promoting the spread of organic fertilizers in the Kyrgyz Republic”.
